DAY BY DAY ITINEARY Day 1 – Arrival in Quebec City Welcome to Quebec City. A transfer between the airport and your hotel has been pre-arranged. If this is your first visit to Quebec City, be warned, you will want to come back again and again. To put it in perspective, take everything that you love about Paris and Rome, plus the charm of Mackinac Island and that comes close to what Quebec City is like. Upon arrival at your hotel, the staff will be waiting to assist you with your check in. Day 2 – Quebec City We have included a city sightseeing tour, so that you can visit the city’s major sightseeing attractions and learn the fascinating history of Quebec City. You may be surprised to discover that the Plains of Abraham, while rich in historic significance, may be just the place for a picnic lunch or bike ride. This vast area now set aside as a park, is a treasure. Visit the Latin Quarter, the Ramparts, the National Assembly, Basilica, City Hall, Place Royal and the Citadelle. Day 3 – Quebec City It seems that everything you want to do or see is within easy walking distance. The charm of the streets and buildings in the Petit Champlain is reason enough to visit, but the shops offer items that are unique to Quebec. Many items are designed and made right in the shop. Tonight dinner reservations have been reserved at one of the finest restaurants in the heart of Old Quebec. Day 4 – Quebec City Enjoy a leisurely day in Quebec City, as you have the entire day to yourself. You are never at a loss of things to do in Quebec City! Should you decide to take a tour to Quebec’s countryside, take a afternoon cruise along the St. Lawrence or venture out for a full day whale watching expedition, the hotel concierge can assist you with one of the many options offered. What ever you decide to do today, we are sure you will enjoy your day! Day 5 – Quebec City Home Your return transfer to the airport has been prearranged.
